Joe’s passion for leadership and wisdom began at a young age and has enabled him to serve in various leadership roles, ranging from sports teams to business organizations. As a former high school and college athlete, he excelled in basketball, baseball, football, and track, serving as a team captain and liaison with the fellowship of Christian athletes. Joe’s success as an athlete ultimately led him to become a successful college football coach at Gardner-Web University, where he helped develop many young and talented athletes.
