Joe Woods is an accomplished author, leadership consultant, coach, and former college athlete with over twenty years of experience in leadership development. Joe’s passion for leadership and wisdom began at a young age and has enabled him to serve in various leadership roles, ranging from sports teams to business organizations. As a former high school and college athlete, he excelled in basketball, baseball, football, and track, serving as a team captain and liaison with the fellowship of Christian athletes. Joe’s success as an athlete ultimately led him to become a successful college football coach at Gardner-Web University, where he helped develop many young and talented athletes.

Joe’s love for learning and development extends beyond his athletic background. He holds M.S. degrees in Psychology and Educational Leadership of Organizations, which has equipped him with a deeper understanding of the human psyche and how it impacts leadership development. Throughout his career, Joe has held various leadership positions, including Manager, Interim Director of Training, and Regional Trainer, helping others understand their unconscious habits and live in each moment.
